ORDER:

 

      In the G.O. third read above, orders were issued amending sub-clause

(v) of clause (a) in sub-rule(1) of rule 12 of the Andhra Pradesh State and

Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, raising the upper age limit from 33 years to

34 years for Direct Recruitment.

2. Accordingly, the following notification will be published in the Andhra

Pradesh Gazette:

                                         N O T I F I C A T I O N

           In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of

Constitution of India and of all other powers hereunto enabling the Governor

of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment to the Andhra

Pradesh General Subordinate Service Rules, issued in G.O.Ms.No.965, General

Administration (Ser-B) Department, dated the 21st day of October, 1995, and

as subsequently amended from time to time.

                                           A M E N D M E N T

In rule-6 of the said rules, for the figures “33”, the figures “34” shall be

substituted.
