                                The attention of the District Educational Officer, Khammam District is invited to the reference read above. He is requested to follow the rules issued in G.O.Ms.No.117, Finance & pig (FW.PRC.-I) Dept.dated.25.05.1981. In the case of posts where there is no provision for promotion in the relevant service rules, the employees shall be given SAPP-I & SAPP-II after completion of incremental service of 16 years and 24 years respectively. Hence qualifications & tests does not arise for awarding SAPP-I & SAPP-II Scales.
