          Certain Teachers’ Unions have represented in the references cited, for instructions in sanctioning the CCLs to the staff for attending census duty work on Public Holidays.

          In this connection, all the Head Masters of High Schools and Mandal Educational Officers in the District are requested to take necessary action in sanctioning the CCLs as per rules in vogue.

          This has got the approval of the District Educational Officer, Guntur.
