                        In view of the  above sub.&ref. ,Sri./Smt.________________________ has  submitted their
 proposals for sanction of  commuted leave vide ref.3.
                         Hence as per the powers deligated me vide Ref. 1 & 2 , Sri/Smt.________is hereby sanctioned commuted leave from_______ to_________for (     ) days by debiting the Half Pay Leaves into double i.e., _______X 2 =  _______days on full pay on Medical Grounds under A.P.L.R.1933.

                        After sanction of the above leave, He/She  is having (       ) days Half Pay Leaves at his/her credit.
                          He/She would have continued on the same post, but proceeded on leave.
                         The same may be entered  in the original Service Register of the Incumbant.
