While communicating a copy of the letter of the Director ofGovernment Examinations, AP, Hyderabad in the reference read above, all the DistrictEducational Officers in the state are requested to take action immediately to preserveEarned Leave for all those employees who are prevented from availing summer vacation as
per leave rule
1 To all the Heads of secondary schools under all managements along with their
Non-Teaching staff including office sub ordinates personnel who are prevented from
availing summer vacation from 21-05-2011 till re-opening of schools and,
2 To direct the teachers who are drafted for invigilation work to report to the D.E.O’s
one week before the commencement of the Examinations to receive the instructions in
connection with the work of the SSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations,June2011.
Further ,they are requested to entrust the SSC Supplementary Examination
work to senior teaching staff of the school where there is no sanctioned
clerical post or if the post is vacant.
This has the approval of the Commissioner and Director of School Education, AP,
Hyderabad.
