  ORDER:

                        In view of the  above sub.&ref. ,Sri./Smt.________________________ has  submitted their
 proposals for sanction of  Half Pay leaves vide ref.4.
                        Hence as per the powers deligated me vide Ref. 1,2 & 3 , Sri/Smt.________is hereby sanctioned Half Pay Leaves on private affairs  from_______ to_________for (     ) days pre-fixing second Saturday & Sunday on __________under A.P.L.R.1933.

                        After sanction of the above leave, He/She  is having (       ) days Half Pay Leaves  balance at his/her credit.
                          He/She would have continued on the same post, but proceeded on leave.
                         The same may be entered  in the original Service Register of the Incumbant.
